Kylie Kells explains why she wanted to expand her family with her husband Jason Kells.
Podcast and the mother of three joked on the Thursday, Dec. 19 episode of her “I’m not going to lie with Kylie Kells” podcast that she settled on four kids because “I really like even numbers.”
During an interview with a guest Charissa ThompsonKylie, 32, shared that she always knew she wanted a large brood.
“Jason was always like, ‘I’ll do whatever you want,’ and I was always in the camp of wanting four with room for a nice surprise,” she explained.
“We got to three and I was like, ‘Three is great. I feel good,” Kylie added, referring to her and Jason’s three daughters, Wyatt, 5, Elliott, 3, and Bennett, 22 months. “Then we got out of the gross baby sleeping and all, and I was like, ‘You know what, I like even numbers, let’s do it.'”
Thursday Night Football host Thompson then asked Kylie if she still wanted another after welcoming baby number. 4.
“I think it might close after this one,” the podcast host admitted. “We’ll have the next child and I’ll be like, ‘Don’t even look at me. Eyes on the floor. Don’t look at me.’
Earlier on the podcast, Kylie answered fans’ questions about whether she and Jason, 37, have chosen a name for the new addition.
“First, I love confidence, but even if I had a name picked out, I’d probably keep it in the family,” she said. “What am I going to say: we don’t have a chosen name so you don’t miss anything. And I’ve seen a number of suggestions come up in the comments section, so I appreciate that.”
Kylie and Jason shared news about their impending arrival last month via Instagram.

“I feel like we captured a very accurate representation of how each of the girls feels about getting another sister,” Kylie, 32, wrote via Instagram on Friday, Nov. 22, alongside a photo of the couple’s three children wearing matching “Big Sister” sweaters. She added: ‘At least Ellie, mum and dad are on the same page! 🤷♀️.”
In the photo, their youngest daughter, Bennett, is crying, while the eldest, Wyatt, holds her hands over her ears in shock. Elliott, nicknamed “Ellie,” is all smiles, though.
