The The Real Housewives of Atlanta The stars’ estate went up for auction on Tuesday, December 3, according to a public notice which was shared by Fulton County on Wednesday, November 27th.
Although the current status of the property is unclear, it was listed on the Fulton County foreclosure list as of Dec. 3, acc. public records.
A notice of public auction in November said the Alpharetta estate was scheduled to be “sold in public outrage to the highest bidder” in Fulton County Court on Tuesday.
The news comes after new details about Zolciak, 46, and Biermann’s ongoing divorce came to light earlier Tuesday. According to a report from the Milton Police Department and obtained by TMZauthorities responded to a domestic violence call on Wednesday, November 27, from their home in Georgia. (Zolciak, 39, and Biermann filed for divorce after 11 years of marriage in May 2023.)
The report claims Zolciak said Bierman became physical in front of the couple’s children. The estranged couple share sons KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, both 11, and Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters, Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship. It is not clear which children witnessed the fight between their parents.
Zolciak’s version of events claimed she was standing on a ladder pulling down curtains when the two got into an argument. Zolciak claims Biermann confronted her before things got physical.
She also claims that the ex-footballer physically pushed her off the ladder and threw her to the ground.
Zolczak reportedly told law enforcement she suffered injuries as a result of the alleged incident. However, officers said in the report that Zolciak refused to provide any evidence of physical injury to first responders at the time. Bierman, for his part, claimed that Zolchak instigated the fight and punched him in the face.

The exes, who married in November 2011, purchased the Georgia mansion, located at Manor Golf & Country Club, in 2021. for $880,000.
In February 2023 The house was also slated for public auction, but the law firm of Brock & Scott, PLLC announced on February 22, 2023 that the upcoming sale of the estate would did not take place. At the time, no details were given about the reason for the cancellation of the auction.
The legal mystery came less than three months before the couple announced their divorce.
