Kevin Costner says that making films ‘has nothing to do with politics’

Kevin Costner shared his opinion that American politics would not affect how Hollywood films are made.

During an interview with Fox News Digital on Saturday, Costner, 70, explained that he did not believe that some change was needed in Hollywood with the arrival of the Trump Administration and filmmakers must concentrate on theater visitors when making content.

“I think you make the best movie you can do for an audience and understand that … you have a chance. So often you have the chance to do something meaningful,” he said while attending Michael Rubin’s Fanatics Super Bowl -party in New Orleans.
