Kendra Wilkinson she knows she’s not that girl anymore.
The Girls next door alum and Playboy founder Hugh HefnerThe former Instagram Live girlfriend took to Instagram on Sunday, January 12, to defend her appearance amid criticism on social media about her weight.
“Yes, I gained weight. Yes, I’m getting old. Yes, I’m not the girl I used to be (Playboy girl) 🤣 but for once in a long time I feel good and mentally healthy,” Wilkinson, 39, wrote alongside a full mirror selfie of her physique.
The mother of two who shares son Hank IV15, and daughter Aaliyah, 10, with ex-husband Hank Baskettadded: “The children are my everything. I feel quite balanced. Training and cooking much more. Golf, work. There is no housekeeper or nanny.”
The Kendra sells Hollywood the star said she was happy with her appearance, although she admitted she would monitor her alcohol consumption.
“For those of you who hate my new weight, 40-year-old face, please know that I am finally happy, healthy and at peace in life. Leave me alone and respect that I am where I actually want to be finally all together,” she wrote.
“Almost 40 I feel amazing and yes to the people criticizing my alcohol intake… I hear you and it will be monitored better. Drinking too much is definitely drinking too much, but you know what’s coming in JUNE…. Shots. 😂. I love you,” she wrote, referring to her 40th birthday on June 12.

“My kids are doing amazing. They are just the most amazing human beings,” Wilkinson said us “I pinch myself every day. They are just good, nice people who just want to live a good life and be good and do good in the world. It’s such a treat and it’s just the most amazing feeling to have them. They give me so much purpose.
Wilkinson added that being a parent is a “full-time job,” saying, “They’re both into basketball and they’re both really, really successful at basketball.” She also said of her son Hank, “He’s at road to the NBA, as a big success, and I hope we all get a chance to see everything that happens.”
Wilkinson and Baskett married in 2009 and divorced in 2018. Before their split, they shared a significant glimpse inside their marriage through reality TV shows like Kendrawhich aired from 2009 to 2011, and Kendra from abovewhich lasted from 2012 to 2017.
