“Last night was long,” Kelly, 35, wrote via Instagram story on Saturday, Jan. 11, next to a photo of two of her young children sleeping in a hospital bed. “Back in bed and asleep, all but Hunter.” I feel like she drank Celsius.
In another post, she shared a photo via Instagram story of Matthew, 36, defensive end for the Los Angeles Rams, and their daughters. “Before, it was all smiles to go with dad on his business trip,” she wrote.
Last week, Kelly revealed that she and two of her daughters have been dealing with serious illness. “I can’t think straight,” Kelly said on the Tuesday, Jan. 7, episode of her “Morning After” podcast. “Right now I believe I have the flu. Two of my daughters have the flu.
Kelly and Matthew have four daughters: twins Sawyer and Chandler, 7, Hunter, 6, and Tyler, 4. Kelly did not say exactly why the children were taken to the hospital or whether they would attend the Rams vs. Vikings playoff game.

The family had traveled to watch Matthew practice before the Rams’ playoff game against the Minnesota Vikings in Glendale, Arizona, scheduled for Monday, January 13. The Rams’ home playoff game was moved from Los Angeles to Glendale because of the wildfires raging in southern California.
Kelly’s hospital trip came after her they offered charter buses for rent for Los Angeles season ticket holders to travel to Glendale for the game.
At a press conference held on Thursday, January 9, Matthew addressed the devastation caused by the wildfires and the impact the natural disaster has had on his community.
“It’s hard to watch on the news, to be around, to see,” he told reporters. “Driving around and seeing all of this, it’s really sad to see what’s going on. Obviously a bunch of people are (doing) everything they can to try and get things under control and get people back to normal as quickly as possible.
Matthew continued, “Every time we dress up, we’re the Los Angeles Rams. We play for the people in this community. The people in this community support us. This week will obviously be another example of that. We hope it’s a great escape for people who have been through very hard times.”
The Rams-Vikings Wild Card playoff game will begin at Glendale, Arizona’s State Farm Stadium on Monday, January 13 at 8:00 PM ET on ESPN.
