Kane release clause revealed that Premier League clubs are targeting England Captain

Harry Kane’s contract with Bayern Munich includes liberation clause that could pave the way for returning to England in the future.

A Bild report claims that the clause has allowed the exit of 67 million pounds of pounds this winter and will be reduced to £ 54 million next winter.

However, Kane is believed to be very pleased with Germany and has no immediate plans to use the clause.

However, the Premier League clubs are aware of its presence, possibly opening the door to return to English football under the line.

Kane signed a four -year agreement with Bayern in August 2023 after a transfer of £ 100m from Tottenham.

In the context of the deal, Spurs secured a first choice clause if Bayern decides to sell Kane and if the striker wishes to return to his former club, where he became the top scorer for 13 years.

This first choice agreement does not come with a fixed pay, which means that Tottenham should either activate the Kane release clause or negotiate a new value with Bayern.

If another club activates the liberation clause, the Spurs should decide whether to match the bid in the hope of attracting the 31 -year -old back to north London.

Since his transition to Bayern, Kane was productive, complying with 70 goals in 72 appearances and becoming the fastest player to score 50 Bundesliga goals in November – surpassing Erling Haaland’s previous record.

He is also on the right track to secure his first big trophy, with Bayern leading the Bundesliga by six points.

However, Kane could finally feel the pull to return to England, especially as he is just 47 goals shy from Alan Shear’s Premier League record, having already scored 213 goals.

Bild says Bayern is already preparing for Kane’s possible departure, with ongoing discussions about possible moves for RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko and Viktor Gyokeres.
