The order of a federal judge that covers Doge from access to Treasury Department Data is vague enough that some legal experts believe that it even blocks the secretary of the agency to revise records and systems, so that republicans are asked what they regard as judicial scope.
US District Judge for the southern district of New York Paul Engelmayer, an appointed by former President Barack Obama, issued a temporary limiting order on Saturday that the side of the 19 Democratic state laws -general that claimed that doge gave access to the payment systems of the treasury the law. The lawsuit was led by the Attorney General Letitia James in New York, an old Trump -enemy who said her office is “willing to fight back” President Donald Trump’s November Election win.
“The judge’s order is rightly attacked because it is worse, apart from the secretary of the treasury to gain access to the databases of the Treasury Department and at its best, because it is hopelessly ambiguous and confusing” of the Order.
The radical order of the judge, published on Saturday, bars doe from access to the Treasury system until at least February 14, when Engelmayer planned a hearing to visit the case again.

The language of the order specifically prohibits “political arrangements, special government employees and every government officer who is detailed from an agency outside the Treasury Department access to payment systems for Treasury Department or other data that have been maintained by the Treasury Department with personally identifiable information.” Trump, Secretary Scott Bessent and the American treasury are mentioned in the case as defendants.

Conservatives and legal experts on social media have beaten the language of the order to also spend Bessent from Treasury data.
Fox News Digital reached contact with the treasury, the White House and the Southern District for comment on Sunday, but did not receive answers immediately.
