A federal judge at the end of Thursday issued an order. Trump administration To increase his three -week financing in the US foreign aid.
Judge Amir Ali issued the order on Thursday in the US court in Washington in a lawsuit filed by two health organizations that receive American financing for programs abroad.
In his order, Ali noted that the Trump administration argued that it had to close the financing for the thousands of American agency for international development assistance programs abroad to carry out a thorough assessment of each program and whether it should be eliminated.

But the judge said that Trump officials did not explain why a “general suspension” of foreign tools was needed before the programs were revised more thoroughly.

USAID was founded in 1961 under the Kennedy Administration and operated as an independent agency that works closely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to allocate civilian foreign help. Under State Secretary Marco Rubio, the agency can be abolished after the reorganization in the coming days, he said in a letter to Bipartisan Wetgevers on 3 February.
