The Canadian immigration system is “broken” – and renowned clinical psychologist Dr. Jordan Peterson says he need look no further than Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his “demented henchmen” to find the culprit.

Despite migrants flooding into the country in recent years, Trudeau recently suggested change is coming, following the immigration cuts he announced last month.

“(Trudeau’s) changed his tune because the policies he introduced, which destroyed Canada’s immigration system and threw the borders wide open, upending decades of effective immigration policies in Canada, have created a catastrophic crisis in the country,” he said. Peterson. Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade on Saturday.

“Now you can see that he blamed educational institutions and bad corporate actors, and that is exactly typical of him and his 14-year-old mentality,” he continued.

“Everything that has gone wrong on the immigration front in Canada is 100% due to Justin Trudeau and his gang of demented minions, so now things have gone so bad in Canada that he has no choice but to reverse course and then seen waving around. To blame anyone is exactly as pathetic as you would expect from someone like him.”

Trudeau addressed his country last month with a personal touch. He took to YouTube to acknowledge the country’s massive population growth and suggest Canada “could have acted faster” to manage the influx of migrants entering the country following the COVID-19 pandemic.

He also offset some of the blame placed on other entities for allegedly abusing the current immigration system.

‘Immigration. Let’s talk about it,’ he said. “Over the past two years, our population has grown very quickly, like a baby boom, and increasingly bad actors like fake colleges and big corporations have exploited our immigration system for their own interests.”

“The bottom line is we need to fix our immigration, get back to the best system in the world, the system that brought my wife here legally as a refugee, the system that brought so many people here to pursue the Canadian promise. “
