Jay Z has named his wife Beyonce and the couple’s three children in a statement denying allegations of rape civil case filed against him.

Jay-Z, 55, was charged in the lawsuit, which was refiled on Sunday, December 8, for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000. Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The accuser, who remained anonymous and was identified only as “Jane Doe,” claimed the attack took place at an after-party for the MTV Video Music Awards that year.

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, responded to the lawsuit Sunday with a lengthy, at times emotional statement. The declaration provided to Us Weeklydenied the allegations, saying his “only heartbreak is for my family.” (Jay-Z has been married to Beyoncé since 2008, and the couple share three children, Blue Ivy, 12, and twins Rumi and Sir, both 8.)

“My wife and I will have to leave our children, one of whom is at an age where her friends will surely see the press and question the nature of these claims and explain the cruelty and greed of people,” Jay- Read Z’s statement, “Grieving another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure this at a young age. It is unfair to try to understand unfathomable degrees of malice designed to destroy families and the human spirit.

The statement also spoke of Jay-Z’s “strict codes and honor,” claiming that he strives to protect all children. Directs his response to the Texas-based attorney Tony Busbywho filed the lawsuit Sunday after his original filing in October, which only included Diddy’s alleged involvement, wrote Jay-Z: “It seems like you’re exploiting people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physicists, will believe the idiotic claims you have leveled against me, which if it weren’t for the seriousness surrounding the harming of children, would be laughable.

The “Hard Knock Life” hitmaker added that the allegations are “disgusting” and noted that he “did some research” on Buzbee, who filed lawsuits on behalf of several of Diddy’s alleged victims; he previously claimed to represent at least 120 of the disgraced tycoon’s alleged victims.

I’m more than ready to handle your type. You claim to be a Marine?! Marines are known for their valor, you have no honor or dignity.
