Jackson State, Prairie View A & M Massive Brawl leads to 9 suspensions


Nine suspensions and hefty fines were recorded after a huge fight broke out between Jackson State and Prairie View A&M during a Baseball Last weekend in Texas.

The Rivals Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) were in a heated competition, which came down on the last battle for Prairie View A&M. But it went quickly after the walk-off RBI from Prairie View A & M’s Trenton Bush.

While the team celebrated the Walk-Off victory around the second base, one Jackson State Player came to charge from the outfield to confront Panthers players.

That led to a huge pile near the second base area, in which many were pushed and moved to the grass.

As soon as things seemed to have been arranged, a player from Prairie View A&M and Jackson State stayed back and forth in a verbal argument, in which the first had to be stopped at the home plate.

But things almost escalated again after a Jackson State player Bush’s bat launched in the batter’s box in the stands. A Panthers coach came in the middle of what another physical confrontation could have been and shouted at his team to walk back to their dugout.

TMZ Sports Reports that each team was fined $ 25,000 by the SWAC for the confrontation, and that nine players were suspended for roles played in it.

The SWAC did not immediately return a request for commentary to Fox News Digital.

The teams had to play again on Sunday, only one day after the massive fight, but they kept their heated rivalry at the competition.
