“Island Boys” Rapper Franky Venegas was arrested during a Traffic stop in Florida On accusations of arms and drugs, according to the authorities.
Venegas, 23, was arrested for possession of a regulated substance without a prescription and possession of a firearm with a changed serial number, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s OfficeWPLG reported.
The Sheriff office said Venegas was a passenger in a yellow Corvette on Sunday when the driver-a 25-year-old woman-not in a stop sign came to a stop sign.
The sergeant who carried out the traffic stop asked Venegas and the driver to leave the vehicle, and searched a K-9 unit the car.

A transparent plastic Ziploc bag with five oxycodone pills was found on the floorboard from the passenger side. Delegates also found a handbag with a gun, a plastic straw and credit cards with the name Van Venegas in it. The gun was sprayed blue and had no serial numbers.
Vegenas claimed that the pills were not his and that he did not know where they came from. He reportedly claimed that he had a recipe for Oxycodon, but according to the New York Post could not provide proof.

Also known under his artist name Kodiyakredend, Venegas was arrested earlier in May in Fort Lauderdale due to supposed to occur as his twin brother when he was switched for reckless driving. Venegas was arrested in Broward County for that because he reportedly beat his girlfriend, although the charges were later withdrawn.
