In the answer of Morgan he called the issue ‘a lie’, while praising the treatment of the situation of his community and schools and condemned Neimberg for even the issue.

“I am really proud of my community that stood up for those who have to be defended and protected, ensuring that we have great schools, what we do by the way, we have incredible, incredible schools, incredible families, an incredible community that came together to tackle this situation. Because it is a lie!” Said Morgan.

“So the next time a representative wants to talk about other districts, I understand that he might be ashamed and, to be honest, probably should be, but instead of being on this floor, our time today takes about children talking about children, trying to talk about your own district.”

Georgas responded to Morgan’s accusations in a response to X.

‘Really (rep. Morgan?) Was your daughter in the dressing room? Because mine was! How do you dare to accuse them of lying. You are disgusting (s) despicable and I hope that one day I can play the audio for you! ‘ Georgas wrote.

Georgas filed her complaint about civil rights to the Ministry of Justice After they claimed that school managers had tried to force her 13-year-old daughter to change the girls’ dressing room for a transgender student last month.

Nicole Georgas unveiled the complaint during a Board of Education meeting Deerfield Public School District 109 Last week the incident claimed last month after her daughter refused to change in her uniform during physical education because a biological male student had been present at the time.

“The girls want their changing rooms And bathrooms back. They want their privacy back. That’s why I’m here tonight. The well -being, mental health and the privacy of my thirteen -year -old daughter are at stake, “said Georgas during her speech during the board meeting on Thursday.

According to Georgas, her daughter was “scared” and “extreme upset” when she had used the girl’s bathroom on 5 February and noticed that a transgender -student also used the facilities at the same time.

“She was told by the administration that a student can use both the bathroom and a female dressing room because they now identify themselves as feminine,” said Georgas about the statement that directors are said to have provided to her daughter.

Georgas said that the situation then deteriorated, days later, her daughter and other classmates refused to change in her uniform during physical education because the transgender student was present.

She claimed that the next day school managers pulled the girls aside and they later fell into uniform.

“That day, (assistant -superintendent for student services) Joanna Ford, (assistant director) Cathy van Treese, and several teachers all came in the dressing room of the girls, causing them to change in uniform. This went all week,” she said, adding that her daughter still had “refused to participate.”
