Idaho Gov. Brad Little Signed his name on a bill on Wednesday, so Idaho was the only state in the US who had designated a shooting team as the preferred execution method for capital penalty, starting next year.
The Governor’s action comes less than a week after Brad Sigmon, 67, from South Carolina, was performed As a shooting team for killing the parents of his ex-girlfriend with a baseball bat in 2001.
Sigmon was pronounced for almost three minutes when he was shot by three voluntary prison employees last Friday – a method used for the first time in the US for the first time in the US for the first time in the US.
Idaho’s statesman reported that Idaho has nine prisoners in the death cell, although the death penalty in the state has not been performed more than a dozen year.

Last year the state was unable to perform Thomas Eugene Crechech, one of the longest serving death cell prisoners in the American medical staff who administer the deadly injection, an IV line could not determine, despite trying of about an hour.
The tracking magazine of the bill shows that more than two-thirds of the legislative power controlled by the Republicans supported the measure, which, together with making death through the preferred method, also kept deadly injection as the backup method of the state.

Little approved a law in 2023 to add implementation by firing a team such as the Back -up Uitvoers method of the State, although he said at that time that his preference method was due to a fatal injection.
Idaho, then became the fifth state in the country to legalize the practice, after Utah, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Mississippi.
This time Bill -sponsor Rep. Bruce Skaug, who previously insisted on legislation that restored the firing squad as a backup option for fatal injection, claimed that the failed deadly injection of Crechech emphasizes problems with that method with that method last year.

Little signed the bill as public prosecutors said they will look for the death penalty for Kherberger if he is convicted. His trial is planned for later this year, and he is confronted with four accusations of murder in the first degree and another indictment for crime broken.
A judge has entered into a non-guilty supplications on his behalf in his preliminary guide.
