US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Agents in New England have performed a joint operation on Nantucket, MassachusettsTo arrest “illegal criminal aliens” on Tuesday.
In a position on X, the DEA New England Division said that his agents helped agents at Ice and Ice Enforcement and Removal Operations (EO) Boston with the arrests on the idyllic and chic summer holiday destination 30 miles south of Cape COD.
The Nantucket current reported that the DEA confirmed that it had arrested a man who was previously accused of kidnapping and domestic attack and battery, as well as a woman.
Authorities have not identified the names of the suspects or Countries of origin.

In a statement to the publication, the acting special agent who is responsible for the DEA Field Division would only say that it worked with his federal partners on efforts for immigration enforcement.
Also assisted in the operation was the American coast guard, who is said to be federal agents to Nantucket and brought back to the mainland with a suspect in tow rope.
The city of Nantucket said in a press release that the Nantucket police were contacted by the Ministry of Justice (DOJ) and DEA about their plans to arrive on the island to serve an arrest warrant for a “violent offender. “

The federal agencies also asked for help from the Nantucket police, given their local geographical knowledge of the area.
The Detective Unit of the Department has assisted federal agents in identifying requested addresses, while the DEA is also provided of transport.
The DEA has released two photos of the operation. On one photo, DEA agents were seen on an American coast guard ship with their backs to the camera, while in the other photo the two suspects appeared in custody.

In September, ice made at least six arrests between the islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. The arrests were part of a larger operation to retain illegal suspects of immigrants who are accused of gross crimes in the beach cities that prefer the families of Biden and Obama.
One of those arrests was on 10 September, when Ice Eo Boston arrested a 28-year-old Salvadoran Illegal Immigrant with the name Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo, accused of one counting of rape of a child with an age difference of 10 years and two counts of unfats and battery on a child.
