ICE announces the first tren to the Aragua -Bendel member that is stuck under Alien Enemies Act


The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest of an alleged gang member of the Aragua (TDA) from Venezuela on Friday.

Franklin Jose Jimenez-Bracho is the first person to hold under the Alien Enemies Act, that president Donald Trump Called in last week, officials said.

“Aragua train is a dangerous foreign terrorist organization that has invaded our soil, “said ICE director Todd Lyons while they were flanked by members of the FHP on the Friday afternoon news conference.” TDA has infiltrated the US, the northern border, the southern border and in our waterways.

“Many of these members are cold -blooded murderers, rapists, thieves, drug traders, arms dealers and human traffickers. They are accused of the most horrible crimes in our neighborhoods and communities. They have declined in the United States.”

Lyons noted that Trump has committed himself to eradicating violent TDA gang members as a top priority.

“I am proud to say that in the past 48 hours, together with our local partners and our other colleague federal agencies, more than 68 gang members, terrorists in the United States, have arrested,” Lyons said. “To date, we have arrested 394 of these terrorists. Our goal is to eradicate TDA from the American soil. We will not tolerate their illegal presence or the threat they pose to the American public.”

Trump to appeal

The Alien Enemies Act of 1798, which makes deportation of natives and citizens of an enemy nation without a hearing, was invoked three times during the war of 1812, the First World War and Second World War.

Jimenez-Brach is a well-known human trafficking and smuggler and is part of an ongoing study, said civil servants.

“During the operation, FDle-Special Agents bracho sent directly to a group of FHP troopers and other members of the Task Force who put the cuffs on him,” wrote the Florida Department of Law Enforcement on X about the arrest of Jimenez-Bracho.

“Again, Florida leads first,” wrote Florida Gov. Ron Desantis on X.
