“Mr. Merritts plans not to argue with the charges,” said Merritts’ lawyer, Justin Gelfand of Margulis Gelfand Diruzzo & Lambson, in a statement. “As with every charge, this is only the version of the story of the government. We look forward to litigating this case federal court In Washington, DC “
Merritt’s applied repeatedly for business loans for a company he said he was active, while reporting his income and the number of people he had wrongly displayed, said the authorities.

Merritts was opened to her husband a year after the Ministry of Justice was sued, an investigation into Bush, a former member of the ‘Ploeg’, opened to her husband.
