How to stay motivated after a challenge


After completing a challenge, like our Spring Slim Down Challenge 😉 it can be easy to lose momentum and go back to old habits. But don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to stay motivated and keep the momentum going so you can keep reaching the goals you’ve been working towards!

1. Continue your workouts with the MOVE app

Our MOVE app is a great tool to help you continue exercising even after the challenge is over. You’ll have a full workout schedule + all the videos in the video library to choose from, so you’ll never get bored of a workout!

2. Stay connected with your accountability group

Checking in with your accountability group will help you stay on track and motivated. Share your progress, challenges, and successes with your group to keep each other accountable even after the challenge is over!

3. Stick to a healthy eating plan

Your workouts will be more effective when paired with a healthy eating plan so make sure not to fall back into junk food habits. always have more beautiful and delicious exchange that’s easy to do!
