How to Lose Weight This Spring


Spring is here and we are about to start ours Spring Slim Down Challenge April 8 is almost here!

I know nutrition can sometimes be the hardest thing when going on your health journey, I know it is for me. Over the years I tried so many different diets that didn’t work. They always left me still hungry, not feeling well, and definitely didn’t help me lose weight.

So, I want to share some nutrition tips with you so that you are set up for success in this challenge!

Let’s get into all the juicy deets!

Nutrition Tips

1. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. You can always add to a LSF wellness boost to switch up the flavor, get more benefits, and stay hydrated!

2. Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your meals for additional vitamins and minerals.

3. Choose lean proteins like chicken, fish, and tofu to fuel your workouts. I recommend trying to get at least 100g of protein daily or 20g per meal. Adding a scoop of LSF plant protein in a smoothie is an easy way to help reach this goal every day too!

4. Limit processed foods and choose whole, nutrient-dense foods instead.

5. Don’t forget to treat yourself every once in a while – balance is key to a sustainable healthy lifestyle. And not all treats is bad, I have a lot of healthy foods that curb my cravings my blog😉

SSD Nutrition Schedule

I’ve planned the SSD Nutrition Schedule to ensure you’re always full, satisfied, and satisfied with your meals.

Before day 1 of SSD

First, we have a 2 Day Detox that I suggest you do the weekend before the challenge! PS you get it FREE just for signing up for my Spring Slim Down Challenge.

Week 1

During the first week of SSD, you will follow the 7 Days Slim. This plan will detox your body, help you eliminate bloat, and reset what healthy eating looks like so you’re set up for success right from the start of the challenge!

Week 2-5

For weeks 2-5 you will follow the Hot Body Meal Plan which is my 4 week meal plan created for healthy weight loss! This is the key to losing weight and feeling your best!

6th Week

Last week of SSD, Woohoo!!! You will follow the 7 Days Slim again to finish this challenge strong.
