Checking your accountability group or close friends and family can help keep you motivated + stay accountable on this health and fitness journey. Share your struggles, goals, and successes with them. Let them help you stay on track when you feel unmotivated.

3. Workout with a Girlfriend

Exercising with a friend or family can make your workouts more fun and you’ll be more willing to do it when you have someone to do it with. Schedule regular exercise dates with a friend or family member to keep each other on track. Having them with you will help keep you accountable and motivated.

4. Long Distance LSF Babe

Although most girls from LSF community living in different cities, states, and countries, working out with a long distance LSF babe can give you a virtual workout buddy that can help keep you motivated and accountable. You can schedule time to work out at the same time to have more fun + motivate each other!

5. Set Small, Attainable Goals

Instead of focusing on one big, daunting goal, break it down into smaller, more achievable micro goals. Celebrate your progress along the way and use those small wins to keep you motivated and on track.
