A tremendous two years augur well for North American “soccer.”
In 2026, the USA, Canada and Mexico will host the sport’s biggest event: the World Cup. Before that, however, the US will hold what could be described as a test event.
Fittingly, FIFA chose to choose the States as their destination to host the first bigger and better iteration of the Club World Cup. This event will no longer be hidden towards the end of the calendar year, but will take place over a month-long period in the summer.
32 clubs will meet in the USA between the 2024/25 and 2025/26 campaigns for a chance to boast ‘world champion’ status. The novelty of such an occasion will no doubt facilitate plenty of excitement and there is sure to be a buzz on the ticketing front.
11 cities and 12 stages across the country will host next summer’s tournament and here are all the details on how to get tickets to the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.
Fans cannot yet purchase tickets for the tournament, but can register their interest in tickets via The FIFA website.
Signing up means you’ll receive the latest information on applying for tickets directly through FIFA.
With tickets not yet released for the 2025 Club World Cup, prices are currently unknown. However, they will vary depending on the game and the stage in which the game is played.
The annual Intercontinental Cup offers a point of comparison. Just two stadiums in Qatar are used for the smaller tournament, with the most expensive tickets costing 1000 Qatari Royal (£216) and the cheapest just 40 Qatari Royal (£9).
However, with the tournament expanding, changing the format and using more venues in 2025, these values may not be a reliable measuring stick.
If you can’t get your hands on tickets to see next summer’s action live, fear not.
FIFA announced DAZN as the exclusive global broadcaster for the 2025 Club World Cup. The streaming service will show all 63 matches for free on all its platforms and is expected to grant rights to local broadcasters for free for selected games.
