The president’s command said that “beyond the hormonal and surgical medical interventions, the approval of a gender identity that is not in accordance with the sexual conflicts of an individual with the dedication of a soldier to an honorable, truth -and -disciplined lifestyle, even in someone’s personal life.”

In her ruling, the judge said Trump’s order Contains language that is “unabashedly humiliating”, adding that the policy “transgender people stigmatizes as inherently unsuitable”.

“Since ‘judge’ Reyes is now a military planner, they/she can report to Fort Benning 0600 to instruct our army rangers about the performance of high value target attacks … Then commander Reyes can send to Fort Bragg to train our green berets on counter -insurgency Warfare,” he wrote.

The judge delayed her order Until Friday morning to allow the time for the Trump government to appeal that it would do.

Reyes said in her decision that the executive order is probably violations of constitutional rights.

“The court knows that this advice will lead to a heated public debate and appeal. In a healthy democracy there are both positive results,” Reyes wrote. “However, we must agree that every person who has answered the call deserves our gratitude and respect.”

“Indeed, the cruel irony is that thousands of transgender -service members have sacrificed – some risk their lives – to ensure the very equal protection rights that the military ban tries to refuse them,” the judge added that the defendants are in public. “
