The Aston Villa Morgan Rogers’ midfielder welcomed Thomas Tuchel’s “Aura” and revealed that the New England manager wants players to feel more associated with each other in front of Germany’s first game on Friday.
England hosts Albania in a 2026 World Cup qualifier in Wembley before welcoming Latvia in London three days later.
Rogers, who won his first Captain of England against Greece in November under Temporary Director Lee Carsley, was named in Tuchel’s first Lions group, which also includes Villa ‘Rogers teammate Marcus Rashford.

Rogers revealed that communication is a Tuchel area has pointed out to improve the England team under its management.
“It’s not going to go perfect. It was to get stuck together and be together as one, and talk to people,” Rogers said.
“We’re just talking and you’re on the same page. This makes a huge difference when you play.
“I know that firsthand I am in the clubs I have come out with, with the leaders I had in the dressing rooms and on the pitch, having this person talking to you constantly, it helps you to go through sticky moments.”
Rogers, who scored seven goals on the UNAI Emery side in the league this season, added that Tuchel was “very clear and transparent” at team meetings.
The 22 -year -old said: “The main thing I got from it was for the love and commitment he wants from us in, how he wants to be a family, how he wants to be close and connected,”
“The presence is a little different. Some managers have different ways for them. It is definitely its aura the one I have not experienced before. This is different from what I have faced before.”
