Harvey Elliott suffered injury during the final defeat of Liverpool Cup

Liverpool was hit by Newcastle United in the final of the Prime Minister’s English Cup earlier today.

Newcastle won the game 2-1 thanks to the goals by Dan Burn and Alexander Isak. Federico Chiesa set a goal for Liverpool deeply in an extra time. However, it was not enough for the Reds to get anything out of the competition.
