“Ghost Adventures” star Aaron Goodwin has changed a divorce request against alienated woman Victoria Goodwin, who was recently arrested because he was reportedly planned to kill him.
According to Clark County, Nevada, court reports viewed by Fox News Digital, the 48-year-old reality TV personality submitted the changed dividing complaint on Wednesday. Fox News Digital has contacted a goodwin lawyer.
Goodwin suggests Victoria for mistreatment, false prison sentence and negligence together with other claims, according to a report from US Weekly, which has obtained the changed application. Goodwin is looking for more than $ 10,000 in punitive and exemplary damage, claiming that his alienated woman was “negligent in her marital actions.”
“Victoria’s behavior was extreme or outrageous with the intention of or reckless contempt, causing emotional fear of (goodwin),” the court documents states, ” According to US Weekly. “(He) suffered serious or extreme emotional need as the actual or nearby result of (her) behavior.”

Goodwin also accused Victoria of abuse and false prison sentence, although specific details were not provided, according to the outlet.
The documents, however, claimed that Victoria Goodwin “feared harmful or offensive behavior” and claimed that they “limited” that had been determined by her within the borders.
“(Victoria’s) action directly … resulted in such a detention,” the documents claim. “(Goodwin) was aware of the imprisonment or was damaged by it.”
The amended submission contained a request that the court is granting the petition of Goodwin for divorce, since Victoria is reportedly committed a “concert of action”, that the documents considered “with another … to commit an unlawful act while in concert or in accordance with a common design.”

Victoria Amato was able to talk about the exact location of Aaron via the “Find My” application. Amato passed on this information to a third party who would ‘take care of the situation’.

“He is now sleeping in the hotel room,” Amato reportedly wrote to the nameless person. “I have to know what’s going on. Can I get an update? Was it ready?”
