A Georgia Police Agent Was shot and killed on Friday evening when he responded to a shopping center in the city of Roswell.
The Roswell police were called to the Kings Market shopping center on 1425 Market Blvd. Roswell police chef James Conroy, around 7 p.m. around 7 p.m.
While the police were looking for the area, an officer found a man behind the mall who pulled out a gun and opened the fire at the officer. The officer was beaten several times.
First aid was provided by other officers. He was transported to a hospital where he was declared dead.

“It is with deep sorrow that we share the devastating news of the loss of one of our officers,” said Roswell’s police on Facebook. “While he served the Roswell community and responded to a report from a suspect person, a Roswell police officer was shot and killed in the service earlier tonight. The suspect was immediately established and detained.”
