The recently announced partnership between Shake Shack and Delta Airlines has officially started and a review has been received.
A Reddit user took to the platform to share a photo of the meal that officially launched on December 1 for first-class passengers departing from Boston.
The image showed the fast food chain’s basic burger, along with additional toppings, including lettuce and tomato, along with a Caesar salad and a brownie.

Instead of the classic Shake Shack crinkle fries, the burger meal comes with a bag of chips — a side that’s more appropriate than trying to reheat the fries mid-flight.

The Reddit user captioned the photo: “Not quite the same as the normal stores, but still pretty good!”
The image sparked an online conversation as other users shared their thoughts on the launch.
Some questioned the authenticity of the burger and questioned whether this was indeed the case Shake Shack or another burger with the chain’s logo on it.

“I never had the old cheeseburger, but it tasted like the Shake Shack one,” the original user replied.
Others seemed skeptical based on the way the food was presented on the run.
“Is this a positive or negative post? I ask because that burger looks extremely unappealing and if I were the executives at Shake Shack I would be upset with the way our (company) product is presented and served,” said one other user.

Instead of paying for a first class seat with the option of choose the hamburger, several users decided that it would be cheaper for them to buy the burger at the airport and take it with them on the flight.
“I would just buy this before boarding. At least it would come with fries,” one user wrote.
The burger available on the flight is the exact same Angus burger available at physical locations across the country.

This is not the first time that an airline has included a fast food burger to heaven.
“Fast food partnerships are not new, as United once partnered with McDonald’s and specially equipped galley carts to keep meat warm while cold items were kept cool,” Leff told Fox News Digital last month.
