Pennsylvania Democratic senator John Fetterman agreed that he The party of the party has become “toxic” After years of “shame and swearing” voters and they even wondered if they can turn it around.
While they appear on the Podcast “Some’s Gotta Win” On Thursday, host and journalist Tara Palmeri Fetterman asked about how even insiders within the Democratic party recognized the damage that their image has made since the 2024 elections.
Fetterman repeated his conviction that the party has done to itself by constantly attacking and humiliating their opponents.
“I think their primary currency was embarrassed and swearing and talking to people and telling them: ‘Hey, I know better than you, or you are Dopes, or you are a brother, or you are ignorant or how can you be so stupid ?

He continued: “And you know, when you are in a state like Pennsylvania, I know and I love people who have voted on Trump, and they are not fascist. They do not support uprising and those things. And if you go to Extreme, and you become a boutique kind of proposition, then you will lose the argument. ”
Fetterman described the 2024 elections as a “voting votes”, in which Americans largely focused on who would “protect or project personal view in the American way of life”, rather than a specific policy.
With the recent Democratic National Committee (DNC) ElectionFetterman admitted that he was “not sure” whether it was even possible to recover those voters, especially among men.

“I think that has been seriously eroded for a while. And in some cases, in the conversations I have had, many people, they don’t even want to say it publicly, but they just feel like the other side seems … the men Are the problem, “Fetterman said. “Men are the fault. Since the elections, Fetterman has been very critical of his party for ignoring or rejecting important issues such as addressing men or stopping the border crisis.
