A federal court in Colorado issued an order on Friday in which immigration officers were blocked to deport “ICE” activist and illegal immigrant Jeanette Vizgurra Planned for a hearing for next week.

The order states that government officials “will not remove Vizguerra until the court or the 10th circuit leave the order.

He said that “the only reason” Vizguerra avoided the arrest for so long was “because the state of Colorado and the Biden administration were complicit to help it remain in the United States by applying a misleading policy that encouraged more legal behavior and left Americans less safe.”

Rep. Gabe EvansR-Colo., A first-year congress member whose district comprises parts of the Northern thinker, also commented on the case of Vizguerra, and Fox News Digital told that it proves that Colorado Democrats are not sincere to help criminal aliens.
Evans said that Colorado Democrats “always say that they want to work with the federal government to remove criminal illegal immigrants and that they will honor judicial orders signed by federal judges. Jeanette Vizguerra qualifies for both categories, and yet his Democrats still prove that Colorado can even prove their states.”
