FDA recalls the rural bread crumbs that are sold nationally


Breadcrumbs that are sold in the United States for months contain a non -declared allergen and are recalled for security reasons, the Food and Drug Administration on its website announced on January 28.

The seasoned bread crumbs were sold from 29 August 2024 to 22 January 2025.

“The recall was initiated after discovering that the product did not contain sesame. Further research revealed that the problem was caused by errors on product labeling,” said La Fiesta Foods.
