Graham Potter may be the favorite to take over at Premier League side West Ham, but the former Chelsea and Brighton manager has a new role in football.
Potter, 49, has been out of action since leaving his role at Stamford Bridge in April 2023.
It has he was reportedly asked to replace Julen Lopetegui at the Hammers, but announced a new, different role on Tuesday morning.

Potter became course co-director for the Football Psychology certificate run by the Professional Footballers’ Association.
The course helps students develop leadership skills and is a specialist course for coaches and managers.
“Training has helped me become a better person and a better player,” Potter said.
“It’s very exciting that the PFA is doing this and providing opportunities for improvement, I’m happy to support it. It is an investment in the now and the future. My degree has been a foundation for me in my management career.”
Potter made his name as a manager with Swedish side Ostersund before spells at Swansea, Brighton and Chelsea.
