England Games: What happens if three top Lions teams?
The top team from each of the 12 European qualifying groups automatically proceeds to the finals, which will extend to 48 teams.
Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Portugal, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, France and Croatia are among other favorites to win their teams.
What happens if England finishes second in the World Cup qualifiers?
