“Ever since we announced Bruce’s diagnosis for aphasia in the spring of 2022, Bruce’s condition is progressing and now we have a more specific diagnosis: Frontotemporary dementia (known as FTW),” Moore, Emma and their respective daughters wrote. “Unfortunately, the challenges of communication are just one symptom of the disease that Bruce faces. Although it is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis.”
In 2023, in honor of her husband’s 68th birthday, Emma described Bruce as “pure love”.
