Elon Musk, Joe Rogan agree that it is time for us to stop spending money


Podcaster Joe Rogan and Elon Musk, founder and chief executive of SpaceX and Tesla, Inc., who is on their way President Donald Trump’s Doge, both agreed that it is time for the United States to stop spending money it doesn’t have.

“So in essence we are like a poorly managed company with an unlimited credit line that is outside the rails,” said Rogan.

“Absolutely,” answered Musk.

Musk’s e -mail last weekend asked federal employees to list their five performance in the past working week, led to controversy who was the conversation of cable news and podcasts.

Rogan, who has said earlier that he is not affiliated with a political party, said that Musk does what he does best.

“And if you were a person like you arrive and take over companies and make it straight, that’s exactly what you do,” said Rogan.

Rogan saw parallels between Musk’s measures with Doge and his treatment of X, formerly known as Twitter. In April 2022, Musk became the largest shareholder of X when he bought one 9.2% interest On the social media site.

“I mean, usually I create companies all over again,” said Musk. “Like Twitter was a case in which, you know, I bought a kind of company that I knew was a hair drawing.”

Musk also took the honor for the successful making of Tesla.

“Tesla did not exist in a meaningful form,” said Musk. “There were no employees. JB Straubel came to three other people, but there was no car, there was nothing.”

The company was also without a prototype, the Tech -Mogul said.

“That is a funny story that people like to say you didn’t even make Tesla,” said Rogan.

Musk said he and the Do Their work is cut for them.

“As bad as Twitter was, the federal government is much worse,” said Musk. “So you know that in the case of Twitter it was not a profitable company.
