ABC/Craig SodinLindsay Arnold couldn’t be happier with the results of her breast enlargement and lift.
“I’m on day three post-op and to be honest, I feel really good today,” Arnold, 31, said on Sunday, Jan. 19. TikTok. “Yesterday was the hardest day. The surgery went great. Everything went as expected.”
The Dancing with the stars alum explained that she gave her surgeon a size range she initially thought would be from 245cc to 300cc. However, leading up to the surgery, Arnold changed his mind about being in the 265cc to 285cc range, but was “leaning more towards” 265cc.
“He’ll try them on during surgery and see what looks best on your frame, what fills everything out best,” Arnold noted. “And so I was like, ‘I’ll leave it up to you. I lean more towards 265(cc).’ He also agreed, but said he would do what seemed best in the operation.
Arnold noted that she used the Motiva ergonomic implant. “Motiva is a silicone implant brand, and ergonomics means something like rigidity. I wanted very natural, very similar, elastic, not super hard,” she explained. “So you can do a circle or ergo, I think (are) the different options. That’s why I chose the Motiva Ergo.”
Arnold ended up getting a 265cc implant on both sides, which she said she was “so happy” with the size.

“They’re definitely swollen, they’re not fully set at all. Obviously it’s only been three days, but I can already see the potential,” she said. “And I’m really, really happy that I chose the size that we did. I think I would have been disappointed if they were bigger.
After the surgery, Arnold said there was a “scar around the nipple” that was called an “anchor scar.” She added: “With the lift, they moved some of that extra skin, moving the nipple higher on the breast.”
As for her profile, Arnold opted for moderately plus and also chose to have the procedure done on her muscle.
“My surgeon does this quite often and is a big believer in this technique because you don’t have to cut your upper muscle, which was very appealing to me,” Arnold said. “I’m someone who’s super active and I didn’t want anything to interfere with my muscle function. Recovery is much easier because you don’t have to wait for a muscle to heal.”

Arnold also got a “GalaFLEX,” which she explained is “an inner mesh bra that they put underneath.”
“After about 18 months, it dissolves and becomes like collagen, but it’s really just to help support the bottom, which I love so much,” she said. “So there it is. These are all the details of my brush, zoom and lift. I’m so happy with the results so far and I know it’s only going to get better as they heal and figure things out.”
While sharing the results of her surgery, Arnold gushed that her fans are “so supportive” of her decision.
“Even if you don’t like it or agree with it or want to do it for yourself, I appreciate the respect that it’s something I wanted to do for myself,” she said.
After sharing her decision to get a breast augmentation and lift in a separate TikTok video, Arnold said she initially wanted to undergo the procedure once she and her husband, Sam Cusickthey’re done with the kids.
Although she and Cusick are still “not done with babies,” Arnold noted that the couple is in no rush to expand their family. (Arnold and Cusick are parents to daughters Sage, 4, and June, 20 months.)
“I just decided I didn’t want to wait,” she said in December 2024. “Obviously, (I) know there’s a chance I’ll need to be transported later in life or whatever, but I just don’t want to wait any longer. … We’re just putting (family planning) on hold for a little bit longer.”
