Two suspected members of the violent Tren de Aragua (TDA) who live in New York City Migrant Shelters were packed earlier this month in a gun and drug attack – and have since been cut loose on lesser charges that can end without prosecution, according to the police, judicial documents and the New York Post.

Police tells Fox News Digital that Jose Tamaronis-Caldera, 27, and Richard Garcia, 33, were arrested in the RAID of 5 February at a Big Apple Automatic Repair Workshop where a Glock-Pistol, two imitation guns and a large amount of medicines were found.
