The strongest impact made by President Donald Trump’s speech Before a joint session of the congress, the courage of his vision and the absolute absence of any alternative of the Democratic Party was.

Whether you voted for Trump or not last November, it was difficult on Tuesday evening not to see someone who wanted to put his agenda into practice. The president has made it clear to legislators and indeed the world that his umbrella goal is American renewal and the re -recording of the American dream.

As an American Patriot who remembers and remembers the inaugural address of JFK in 1961 Ronald Reagan’s inaugural address In 1980 it is difficult not to see the president’s speech in the same terms.

Trump promises ‘this will be our biggest era’ in joint address of the congress

Certainly, the challenges with which the president is confronted are no less great. At least it remains unclear whether he will succeed in reducing inflation, getting prices under control, ending the war in Ukraine and reinforcing American strength both at home and abroad. There is no reason to believe, after his speech to the congress, that he is closer to achieving his goals than before.

Yet it is very difficult for anyone who is a neutral observer to do something different than the future -oriented, extensive character of Trump’s vision.

At the same time, it does not seem to me that the political party I remain belonging to, with increasing effort, has answers at all.

The use of signage in the living room, such as “False”, “Save Medicaid”, “protecting veterans”, only underlined the absolute limits of my party’s ability to articulate differences.

It is as if the Democrats went beyond the advice of the Campaign strategist of Clinton Campaign James Carville to remain silent and ‘playing Possum’. They have become trivial and almost irrelevant.

I write this with sorrow. I am not sure if there are clear answers that we have on the challenges we are confronted with, despite a clear agenda for America and a clear series of policy regulations that the president has set out. While I was lifted by his rhetoric, his promises and the use of personal examples, I was depressed that what I saw did not represent the best of what our country stands for.

That the Democrats could make and sit alone, stupid, left me cold. And it made me think that our opponents saw dramatically how polarized and divided we remain.

I understand that, when I praise President Trump’s speech, I think I have changed a regular democrat of 50 years of experience in one way or another.

Nothing is further from the truth. Nevertheless, everyone who gives America has to support the umbrella goals of the president about the economy, inflation, the southern border, about crime and embracing peace around the world.

See how Michigan Senator Elissa Slotkin de Democratic answer to the president’s speechI felt sad that she had to imagine herself through her letters of faith, and explains who she is. That is largely a metaphor for the challenges and departments that we are confronted with.

We are not closer to solving our problems, as the polls recently demonstrated. But we got a vision on Tuesday evening. We have gotten a clear feeling that we have a president who is a daring, transformational leader who focuses on revitalizing the American dream. Whether he succeeds or not, is still very good.

People from Goodwill can and will not agree with his policy descriptions. But on this night it was difficult not to be proud of the vision he had deposited for the renewal of the American dream.
