Murder is back in Scotland and your favorite reality stars fall victim to the latest band of traitors.
The traitorsthe hit reality show Peacock, began its third season on Thursday, January 9, and Dorinda Medley from The Real Housewives of New York was the first victim.
Banished in episode two by traitors Daniel Reyes, Carolyn Wigger and Bob the Drag QueenMedley, 60, was devastated leave the castle so early.
“I cried my eyes out,” she said Decisive in an interview published on Friday, January 10. “When I saw that envelope, it was so unexpected. First, I think I should have been a traitor. But it was so devastating because unlike Wives where you can kind of go ahead and control what you say, how you say it, what you do… you just have no control over it.”
The Traitors decided to target the Wives of the cast early, hoping to turn them against each other and wreak havoc among the faithful.
“I just think they realized that the Wives are strong characters. We are confident and we are strong,” Medley added. “I think people think of me as a strong woman who’s been through a lot and doesn’t take a lot of bull.”

While others would suggest that the hosts will not match the ex Survivor and Big Brother players who have already excelled on reality competition shows, Medley said she did everything she could to be game ready. She even admitted that she prepares “too much.”
“I was reading The art of war twice, I read every philosopher. I wrote in my journal. I planned my outfits to a T. My outfits were off the charts,” she said. “But I just think everything falls away once you’re there. You don’t know what to expect. That’s the problem. So you just have to go with the flow.”
Although Medley’s time is included The traitors was short-lived, other hosts have gone deeper into the game. Sherry Whitfield made it to the season 2 finale while Phaedra Parks was immediately marked as a traitor and continued until the penultimate episode.
As for a potential Season 4, Medley has her own choices about who she wants to see in Andros Castle.
“I think Luan (by Lesseps) it would be great,” she said. “I think Ramona (singer) it would be amazing. Because Ramona is very, very good at seeing things. She is like a producer. I think they would be the best.”
New episodes of The traitors air Thursday nights at 9pm ET on Peacock.
