Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexual assault in a newly filed case.

Fashion designer Brianna “Bana” Bongolan claims Didi intimidated and threatened her repeatedly, such as hanging her from a balcony, according to recent court documents obtained by Rolling Stone.

The sole purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill or intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of mastery over their own bodily autonomy and safety,” the court filing said. “Ms. Bongolan refuses to let this fear control the rest of her life and is filing this lawsuit to hold Mr. Combs accountable for the trauma he willfully and maliciously (inflicted).”

According to Bongolan’s recollections, Didi held her over his then-girlfriend Cassithe balcony of her apartment in September 2016 as he shouted at her. He is also said to have told Bongolan that she was the “devil mother” and she had “no idea what (he) could do” to her.

Didi “vehemently” denied Bongolan’s allegations in a statement provided to Rolling Stone. Us Weekly reached out for comment.

“Everyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have,” Diddy’s legal spokesperson told the publication. “As of last year, Ms. Bongolan expressed her intention to sue Mr. Combs and sought legal representation to pursue her claims. Mr. Combs vehemently denies these serious allegations and remains confident that they will ultimately be found to be unfounded.”

Bongolan also claims in her legal filing that she witnessed “disturbing signs of an abusive relationship” between Didi and Cassie, 38. (Didi and Cassie dated between 2007 and 2018. In November 2023, Cassie sued Didi for assault and battery before settling out of court the next day. Didi denied the claims.)

The disgraced music mogul was indicted by a grand jury in September shortly before that he was arrested for sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. A 14-page indictment alleges that Diddy “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him” for decades.

He is an imperfect man, but he is not a criminal.”
