DHS has to investigate Cuban regime allocates who infiltrate the US refugee system: legislator


Exclusive: A congressman who fled Cuba In the sixties, DHS will send a list of people who are reportedly bound to the communist regime that circumvents the American Cuban refugee laws.

Rep. Carlos Gimenez, R-fla., will surrender to the Minister of Interior Security Kristi Name a letter with a list of Cubans who live in the US under various humanitarian laws or programs that he and/or Pro-Cuban democracy groups confirm are actually directly bound to the Communist Regime in Havana, FOX News Digital has learned.

In the letter obtained by FOX News Digital, Gimenez remains that “it is necessary for the Ministry of Interior Security to enforce existing American laws to identify, deport and repatriate these persons that pose a direct threat to our national security, the integrity of our immigration system and the safety of Cuban exiles and American citizens.”

Gimenez said that the Cuban adaptation law from 1966 written by Rep. Jacob H. Gilbert, DN.Y., who explained how to deal with the unique situation of Cuban refugees from the then new Castro-regime and other laws were designed to help those who flee communism do not assist.

Others were mentioned as affiliated with the Cuban Union of Young Communists, high -ranking officers in the military tribunal of the country, the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Cuban communist party leadership, police services and the equivalent of prosecutors.

While Miami and surrounding areas continue to see their collective Cuban-American community grow and flowering along SE 8th Street, the famous Calle Ocho of Little Havana – Gimenez said that he wants to work with DHS to identify, close, hold and deport anyone who lives in our country as such ‘despicable fraudsters in our country.

“Like so many in our community, I was forced from my home country of Cuba shortly after the communist revolution and it is absolutely reprehensible how agents of the murderous Castro regime have played our immigration laws to infiltrate our country,” Gimenez said.

Gimenez said that the Trump government recently captured a Cuban spy in Florida and expected more action against those marked by Cuban law groups.

DHS refused to publicly share the name of the former intelligence officer, but the Miami Herald Ice and the FBI arrested him in West Park, Florida – near the Miami Dolphin Stadium – for fraudulent obtaining a green card.

“I welcome President Trump and his administration for that quick action,” said Gimenez.

FOX News Digital reached DHS for comment on his general position in the direction of the Castro/Diaz-Canel regime and calls for Cuba.
