Democratic Californian Rep. Ro Khanna He criticized his party because he did not have a plan against Republicans outside winning ‘Standard’ if they ‘self -destroyed’.
Khanna arrived “The Young Turks” on Monday To discuss democratic plans to reach people who voted for President Donald Trump than the co-guestheer Cenk Uyger called: “Just shout more against them.”
This led to Uyger Khanna asked if the Democratic party had real plans to combat the Trump government in general. Khanna said that the party’s plan just seems to wait until Trump’s agenda fails and hopefully gets congress control.

“I think their plan is the plan that Democrats have experienced time and time again, namely what is true, that many of these cuts will hurt people deeply, the Medicaid sheds, the cutbacks in people who keep our aircraft safe and prevent bird flu and keep our nuclear secrets safe, financing cancer research,” said Khanna. “Here is my problem with that. I actually think it will work for 2026 … Great, so we’ll be back the house, maybe we win the presidency as standard. What is our vision?”
He continued: “Is our vision to keep trying to keep winning because they are going too far and then have no administrative authority in the house or the senate where we can actually tackle the legitimate anger of all the races of the working class? Or are we going to try to do something with the power that we will hand over? Leadership in the Democratic Party. We are just tactical. We hope they destroy themselves. “

“Fortunately, they are self -destructive, but there is not enough focus, as Bernie Sanders says, on a concrete vision that solves the massive inequality and to understand that many people who voted on Trump were not only angry, they were rightly angry,” Khanna added.
Khanna is more open than some of his colleague democrats to work with people in the aisle to achieve the same goals. In December he described Meeting with SpaceX CEO Elon Musk To discuss ways to reduce federal expenses and at the same time maintain the government power.

“Well, we talked about that. And I made him the case that Tesla and SpaceX were financed by the Obama government and let’s play a role for the government. But let’s see what you have done with space X. Why can’t we do that with other parts of the five prime prime to reduce the costs?
