The Biden house that is being rented in Los Angeles is now “unlivable” according to the submission, which says that Biden “has difficulty” to find both a new house and a new job.

“Moreover, this lack of resources has been exacerbated after the fires in the Pacific Palisades were raised at the beginning of January by making his rental house unlivable for a longer period of time and, like many others in that situation, the plaintiff had difficulty finding a new permanent place to live,” the document says.

“So the plaintiff has to focus his time and resources that deal with his move, the damage he has suffered because of the fires and paying the livelihood of his family in contrast to this lawsuit.”
