Landster Colt Ford Share that he and Jelly Roll were able to bind about what it is like to be the ‘big boys’.
During a recent interview with PeopleFord revealed that he and Jelly Roll hung behind the scenes at one of the “Save Me” singer’s concerts, where they discussed the complicated feelings associated with trying to lead a healthier lifestyle when so much of your public image is associated with weight.
“Jelly has lost a number of weight,” Ford said the outlet. “You start thinking when you are such a big guy and love you:” What if I lose weight? Will they still like me? ” And I’m so: “No, I don’t care.”
Ford, who once weighed 340 pounds, began his health journey in 2022, after he was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, a car -immune disease that causes muscle weakness that falls to 250 pounds.

Next An almost fatal heart attack In April 2024, Ford was committed to an even greater change of lifestyle, revealing that he has since given up fried food and soft drink and started to run more.
“There are much easier diets,” he said. “But when I tried to lose weight earlier, if you are as heavy as I was … you have the feeling that you are working hard and you are still looking in the mirror and goes: ‘This is crazy. I’d rather just go just go Back to (fast food chain) Zaxby’s.
Ford further shared that he had not had a sip of soft drinks or has not eaten baked chicken since his aim of health, and explained: “I eat a lot healthier. It is nice to feel good and to be able to tell people like Jelly.”

In an earlier interview with PeopleFord shared that he knew that he had successfully given up his fast food addiction when he could reject his wife’s offer to go to Waffle House to celebrate his 55th birthday.

Jelly Roll has also been open about his journey to a healthier lifestyle and shared in November 2024 that he had lost 110 pounds. He debuted his slimmer performance at the CMA Awards 2024, where he walked past the red carpet next to his wife, Bunnie Xo, and his 15-year-old daughter, Bailee Ann.
He went into detail about how the trial was for him in an episode of December 2024 of his wife’s podcast, “Dumb Blonde”, and explained that he “went through it for a reason”.
“I think people who become as big as I became, when they lose weight, they are a bit ashamed of,” he said. “They are so embarrassed that they are going to hide and lose weight, and then they come back, and they don’t really know how to deal with the world, look different or feel different, you know? And they kind of I have to them find a whole new way ”
