Colorado Buffaloes star Travis Hunter should be celebrating winning the Heisman Trophy, but instead he was forced to fire back at online trolls who criticized his fiancée.
Leanna Lenee came under scrutiny for her behavior during the film an event for Hunter. All she seemed to do was sit on the couch as the soccer star held a meet-and-greet with fans.

Hunter responded to the criticism in a Twitch livestream, according to the New York Post.
“You’ve never had a girl before, so why are you all talking about me,” he said. “Find someone else to talk to. …Go talk about your girl. Go find a girl. Go get a life. Stop worrying about what’s going on. I know what I have.
“My girl’s been with me for five years. Y’all are just starting to talk about me… y’all gonna do something else with your lives. Clickbait pages stop, y’all better stop, I’m telling y’all.” Something bad is going to happen to you (if you keep doing that). You better stop doing that.
Hunter explained he and Lenee talked about their plans for the rest of the evening. He also said she got drunk and cried all night as the criticism filtered in.

He spoke highly of Lenee “The Pivot Podcast” days before he won the Heisman Trophy.
“She’s the closest to everything, she’s helped me with everything. It’s kind of hard sometimes, but she’s always there,” he said.
Hunter will likely be one of the first players to play in the 2025 design. He has one more bowl game before his collegiate career is likely over.
