In fact, I had released the name of my staff chef who did not operate an undercover. That was deliberately false and misleading.”
“I used a suitable channel to communicate sensitive information. It was allowed to do this. I did not transfer any classified information. And at the end of the day the most important thing is that the mission was a remarkable success that everyone had to be focused on here, because that is what happened, not what could have happened,” he said.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard promised during a hearing from the Senate Committee on Tuesday that there was “no classified material” in the messages.

“My testimony is that I did not remember the exact details of what was recorded there,” said Gabbard.
“That was not your testimony,” Himes replied. “Your testimony was that you were not aware of something related to weapons, packages, goals and timing.”
