Multiple outlets reported that Zylka, 39, was in the middle of a busy road in Warren, Ohio on Dec. 4, trying to get into different people’s cars. Authorities arrived at the scene and found the actor “foaming at the mouth,” according to a police report obtained by locals CBS affiliate WKBN.
Police believe Zylka appeared to be under the influence of drugs, according to the outlet. He was shirtless and shoeless despite the 32 degree weather.
Officers attempted to detain Zylka, but he struggled with police and broke free when they attempted to handcuff him. A law enforcement officer subsequently tackled Zylka but was unable to restrain him.
As Zylka fought the officer who attacked him, another officer used his stun gun, but it failed to have any effect. Zylka was stunned a second time, which also had no effect. Zylka was able to be taken into custody when a third officer arrived to help handcuff the actor.
According to a police report obtained by peopleParamedics also arrived at the scene. After Zylka was stunned, he was administered ketamine to “subdue” him.
Zylka faces charges of assault and attempted felony in addition to misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and aggravated menacing. A warrant has been issued for Zykla’s arrest, but he has not yet been taken into custody.

Zylka got her start in Hollywood landing a guest role on The CW 90210 reboot. He continued to be involved in other projects including My Super Psycho Sweet 16, The Secret Circle and The leftovers.
In addition to acting, Zykla has also made headlines for her love life over the years. he dated Lucy Hale for nine months in 2012. and was previously engaged to Paris Hilton. Zylka proposed to Hilton in January 2018 after a year of dating. Nine months later, the couple broke up.
Before Zylka’s incident with authorities, he shared his fitness training and hopes to one day compete in the Olympics in track and field on social media.
“Over the past few days, a lot of people have been asking me what my training day looks like. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS WITHOUT PROPER COACHING,” he wrote via Instagram in November. “I spend about three hours in the gym and a few hours running. #Olympics2028.”
