Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has defended goalkeeper Robert Sanchez after his latest error gifted Wolves a goal in the Blues’ 3-1 win at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.
Sanchez curled a corner into the feet of Matt Doherty, who leveled after Tosin had put Chelsea ahead.
The former Brighton keeper has now made four errors leading to goals in the Premier League this season, only Ipswich Town’s Arianet Muric (5) has made more in the competition.
Maresca said: “You said it was the fourth mistake (that led to a goal)? OK and how many times did he save us? More than four. So no problem.
“It happens. Mistakes happen to him, the forwards, the midfielders. He’s doing well.”
Chelsea signed Filip Jorgensen last summer and have Kepa and Dorde Petrovic on loan with Bournemouth and Strasbourg respectively.

Chelsea hadn’t won in the Premier League since mid-December but wrapped up the win thanks to second-half goals from Marc Cucurella and Noni Madueke.
Maresca was pleased with how his side responded to Sanchez’s error to end a five-match winless run.
“The first 40 minutes we were top,” he said. “The performance was excellent and we dominated the game. We scored and created many more chances.
“Then in the last five minutes of the half it happened again what has been happening in the last five games.
“Wolves had a bit of confidence and got their goal and then we started to struggle a bit. In the second half we started quite well and then after the second and third goals we were in control.”
