According to a police report obtained by Us Weeklyofficers from the Atlanta Police Department responded to a call at a Twin Peaks sports bar on Monday, January 6, where an employee claimed to have been assaulted by Chrisley, 28.
According to the alleged victim, Chrisley “got really drunk” while at the bar. He began to “behave very disrespectfully and belligerently.”
The employee told police that Chrisley was asked to leave the restaurant “multiple times.” Instead, the reality star claims he “refused to leave and started acting more belligerent.”
Police said in their report that the alleged victim accused Chrisley of slapping him twice in the face. The employee was uninjured and refused medical attention.
The alleged victim claimed to have security camera footage that recorded the incident. It is not clear if he uploaded the footage and shared it with police.
Us Weekly has reached out to Chrisley’s rep for comment.
The Growing up Chrisley the legal status of the star comes as his parents Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley remain in prison for fraud and tax evasion.

While their sentences were reduced in September 2023 Julie, 52, is not expected to be released from prison until March 2028, while Todd, 55, will remain until May 2032.
“(my sister) Savannah I’m going to see my father, I’m going to see my mother. We’ll take turns and Savannah will usually take the kids (Grayson and Chloe) with her,” Chase explain on the Chasin’ Birdies podcast. in May 2023 “But it’s hard, man. I mean, our family loves really, really hard, so when you love someone as much as we love each other, it’s definitely very hard to see your loved ones in that situation.
According to Chase, his parents do not live in the best conditions in their individual prisons.
“Everybody’s acting like my dad’s at some country club, which he’s not at all,” he noted. “They got like black mold (where my father is) and my mother’s place is even worse. I mean she doesn’t even have air conditioning. They are in camp. It’s better than being behind the wall.”
Despite the circumstances, Todd and Julie’s children continue to move forward. Earlier this month, Savannah, 27, announced that her younger brother Grayson, 18, was starting college at the University of Alabama.
“Over the past two years, Gray had every reason to give up, but instead, he showed up for himself and the people he loves,” she wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, January 7. “This next chapter is yours, Gray, and you deserve every bit of it.”
