Cardi B wants to make one thing clear – she is not short of money!

After some followers accused the 32-year-old rapper of taking brand deals to pay the bills, Cardi B was determined to come clean in a voiceover published via X on Tuesday, December 3.

“People say I’m surviving on Shein deals and label deals — wait, wait,” she said in the voiceover. “I want to let you know that I can wake up tomorrow and sign a contract and I’ll have half of $65 million — or half of $70 million — in my bank.”

The “WAP” singer added that she regularly gives away big bucks to support her lavish lifestyle.

“I spent about $3 million in a month,” Cardi B added.

The rapper claims that 2024 is her “down year” when it comes to music deals, adding that she’s purposely holding off on signing a tour deal until her next album release to secure a bigger payout.

“You can’t act like you’re hungry, especially when you’re not,” Cardi B explained.

She figured she could make $1 million per show, or $65 million total, when she finally opted to make a deal with “half the money up front at signing.”

“I just feel like I don’t like anything. I feel like I have so many songs. I just don’t like anything. As if nothing is good enough. I have so much money saved that I’m like, ‘Yeah, whatever,’” she said via Instagram Live in December 2022. “Making music for me has become a job that worries me because everyone just criticizes everything I do.

“I feel like I’m getting too comfortable because, you know — I’m just a mom and I have anxiety,” she said. “I’ve been feeling a lot of anxiety because I know as soon as I release my album I have to go on tour and I have bad separation anxiety from my kids.”
