Brittany Mahomes stuns fans with performance in the Chiefs’ playoff game days after giving birth

Brittany Mahomes may have retreated from the broadcast camera as the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Houston Texans on Saturday night, but was at Arrowhead Stadium for the game.

Mahomes stunned NFL fans with her performance during the AFC playoff game. A few days earlier, she gave birth to her and Patrick’s third child, Golden Raye.

Fans who saw Mahomes on the sidelines to support her husband showered her with praise for coming out. She and Patrick announced the birth of their child on Monday.

Brittany Mahomes was pregnant for the entire 2024 NFL season and still managed to show up at most of the Chiefs’ home games at Arrowhead Stadium to support the quarterback and the team.

Patrick seemed concerned about the timing of the birth. She was going to have the child the week the Chiefs could have played a playoff game. Patrick might have been on the verge of missing the birth if Kansas City didn’t win the games needed to have home field advantage and a first-round bye in the postseason.

Luckily, the Chiefs wrapped that up on Christmas Day against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Patrick spoke about their youngest child on Wednesday.

“For now I have three,” he told reporters on Tuesday. “Maybe we’ll see further, but my goal was always three, so we’ve had three, and we’ll stay there for a while and see if we need to come back later and get another one.”

The family already has two children: Bronze and Sterling. Mahomes talked about how Brittany was doing after the birth of their newborn and how the other siblings are coping.

“It was cool. I mean, I’m just supporting. Brittany crushed it,” he said. “It was cool to welcome another girl into our family and see my other kids react to her and have a baby sister and stuff like that. It was a lot of fun, and it was cool that football was on TV when I was in the was in prison.” the hospital, so I was allowed to take a look. Brittany was kind enough to let us watch football while she prepared to give birth to our second daughter.”
